Just finished paying for some big ticket maintenance ~ $3000 on two cars which we had purchased from Skyline. Took longer then was expected and luckily we had the other car as otherwise I would have been $3000 on two cars which we had purchased from Skyline. Took longer then was expected and luckily we had the other car as otherwise I would have been without a car and renting one. Was told that we could rent one from Skyline for $65 a day if needed. That's a bit high for someone who purchased two cars from your dealership as well has had all the maintenance performed at your dealership which comes along with a premium $$$$. The maintenance department has always been polite as well as the other service team members, that includes parts, courtesy driver and cashier. More

John in service was excellent. Customer service from Chad ( manager) was very rude. My husband and I were so disappointed in how we were treated we were going to take our service Customer service from Chad ( manager) was very rude.
