I generally find buying a car very stressful, however working with John McGraw was a unique experience. His no-pressure approach was a welcoming surprise. John was courteous, friendly and genuine. The service and treatment I received from Mr. McGraw a year ago when I leased my wife's Odyssey EX-L led me to return to Honda Universe for my Accord EX-L. Excellent service again from Mr. McGraw. Very pleased with his professionalism and commitment to the customer. He was not interested in selling me something I "did not need" and "could not afford." Outstanding all the way around, and would recommend Mr. McGraw to anyone that wants a Honda. Even with two (2) other Honda dealers near my home, I decided to go to Lakewood for this purchase only because of Mr. McGraw. Very pleased with service and price. More

Everyone that I encountered was very helpful and friendly. My sales person, John McGraw, was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Everyone was nice to them, offering them popcorn. There were computers that they were able to use to play their games, which kept them quite occupied while I could concentrate on the business at hand. I found this to be a very smart concept. Somebody was thinking. I hate buying cars but all in all this was a rather pleasant experience. I would recommend this dealership and to John McGraw. More

John was amazing both on the phone and in person and managed to help this mom of triplet three year olds get out of a outlander SUV and into a minivan for the same payment I'm used to!! I was NOT looking foward to turning in my lease and going through the process of getting another car. Much to my surprise John made the experience fun! It was stress free and he had me laughing the whole tim through the process of getting another car. Much to my surprise John made the experience fun! It was stress free and he had me laughing the whole time. Somehow he even managed to get me in my car without a co- signer! Working with John was quick and easy and he even called me twice AFTER the deal was closed just to make sure I was hapoy and see if I had any questions!! Can't say enough good things about John!
