not good I waited 2 full days for a quote on the vehicle, trade in value, terms and interest rate. I went to another local dealership that had the same vehicl I waited 2 full days for a quote on the vehicle, trade in value, terms and interest rate. I went to another local dealership that had the same vehicle on the lot - and drove out the next day with my new car. I left phone messages and still no call back from them. Awful ..... will never set foot in this dealership again. More

Despite our hesitation After having a NOT so great Honda experience at another dealership, my fiance and I were hesitant to walk into Honda Universe. Despite our hesitation, we were very happy with the service Rahsaan and John had given us. I had talked to Rahsaan a few weeks leading up to this experience and I believe that definitely helped with the overall experience. Because he knew what we wanted to do, he was able to convey that to John. Sometimes car salesmen get bad reputations for being too pushy or overbearing, but we did not feel that way at all with Rahsaan and John. Very pleased with the car, the price, and the ultimate experience. Thank you both to Rahsaan and John for making me love Honda once again. More
