My husband and I drove down from Monmouth County to check out what Honda Universe had to offer. We heard that John McGraw was "the" guy to see since friends of ours said he was so great and helpful with them out what Honda Universe had to offer. Everything we heard about the dealership and the inventory surpassed our expectation and John was always 10 steps ahead of us showing us what options there are for the Pilot. We have a toddler so our list of "musts" we're pretty annoying.. But we always felt like John had our best interests in mind. We had to rush out that afternoon, but we'll be back! His personality, knowledge and no-pressure sales approach was what made me stick with the purchase of a Honda Accord from Honda Universe. Many other dealers have the same product, but in the end it is the customer service and personality of the sales team and managers, along with great pricing that keep me coming back to Honda Universe.
