Never again! Very disappointing John Medrano in finance is very arrogant. I was purchasing a CRV, in cash and for some reason he felt it was necessary to run a credit check! He fin John Medrano in finance is very arrogant. I was purchasing a CRV, in cash and for some reason he felt it was necessary to run a credit check! He finally returned my phone calls after management and corporate was called. He then took his sweet time ( over a week) returning paperwork to me in which I had provide a self addressed/stamped envelope!! That is just the beginning of my list about him. As for the dealership it self, the registration came after the temporary plates, that they issued, had expired. I was told on a Friday they were sending all other, dated, material in over night mail which then arrived Monday at 5:30 pm!! I will be telling family and friends that live near there to go elsewhere. Their prices were comparable to many other dealers in the area but not worth all the hassles I went thru. More

Financial numbers kept changing I want to edit this because I want to make it clear this has NOTHING to do with sales rep Sergio. He was awesome and was really trying to work with me. He defenitely tried his best to accomodate me. My problem was with who ever was giving him the numbers. I was told different numbers over and over. Defenitely were not on the same page. Was becoming very frustrated at this. The last number given to me was $379 a month. But no, it ended up being $401 a month because the finance guy was trying to be slick about it all. I love my car yes, but did not like how the numbers kept fluctating so much. Would have been happier with the $379 a month than $401. More
