John was more than willing to accommodate my expectations, he work really hard to meet my needs and offer me exactly what I was looking for. Yes John I knew it was a tad bit difficult dealing with a perfectionist. During the entire process John reassured me that there was nothing to worry about, He work really hard in meeting my expectations as well as achieving his objective simultaneously. John maintained his level of professionalism yet making me fell as though I was one of his family members...... “EXECLLENT JOB JOHN” I remember as John handed me the keys to my 2011 HONDA PIOLT there was this bright smile on his face and of course I reciprocated the emotions right back at him. In fact my son was so happy he said to me “Mom I call shot gun” meaning he was going to sit in the front seat. John you didn’t just make me happy but also my Son David happy as well. Thank you…!!! Berrio i had prior experiences with dealers and they were not that great and it wasnt for prices it was because of their lack of interest from them to help me getting a car. at DCH honda John Medrano was excellent his patience was more than i ever expected, he work really hard to meet my needs and offer me what i asked for and not what he wanted to get a sale. during the process i was nervous but he did all he could to make me understand that there was nothing to worry about, he work out my case working nonstop since we got there until we left he was the best...... one of the things that made me happy the most, it was when i got the car keys, me and my boyfriend were so happy and guess what John Medrano looked as happy as us, that showed me that he felt our happiness and he felt good when he saw that all his work was not in vain. sometimes dealers forget that for some people having the car they love is like a dream come truth and if the sales people are mean or not into meeting the needs of the buyer, the dream can easily become a nightmare.... that was not my case I THANK GOD FOR PROVIDING ME THE MONEY AND SECOND TO JOHN MEDRANO FOR MAKING MY DREAM COME TRUTH... from my heart i recommended JOHN MEDRANO as your sales consultant if you are looking for a car i guarantee you will not find one like him.
