I kne My experience at DCH Paramus Honda was so special. I came in so distraught after a horrible experience at two different Volkswagen dealerships. I knew getting a lease alone at 20 years old was going to be difficult but not impossible. I negotiated with Volkswagen for two days, for multiple hours, only to get denied- even after signing off on a contract, picking a car up from a warehouse and getting my insurance. On my way home, I stopped at Honda because I was determined to get a car on my own. My salesman, Justin Murren, was so accommodating and genuinely wanted to get me into a car. When I was feeling down and discouraged, not only did he get me a deal but he was sympathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond for me- he even helped me find a better deal for my insurance. John Medrano, the manger that finalized deal, was also so kind and so genuine. These men were honest and helpful- I would recommend everyone go see them! I can't say thank you enough!! :) More
