John Medrano was AMAZING! I came in just to look around for new cars and planned to check out other dealers like Toyota, Hyundai, etc. with no intention of buying a car on the spot. However, John made me an offer that was unbelievable and I am still shocked to this day. I had TERRIBLE experience at a Toyota dealership with all the LONG wait and disrespectful attitude. At DCH Paramus Honda, I took 3 steps away from my old car and I was already welcomed with an amazing attitude from John and no wait. I never thought I would come out of a dealership feeling trust towards a dealer. John worked fast and was very thorough during each step of the process. Even took the time to show me all the little things that I could do with the car after he already handed me the keys. He didn't ditch me for another sale after being finished with me, he stayed with me to make sure all my questions were answered, even the ones I didn't think to ask. This experience was very unexpected and I look forward to buying my next Honda here; I only hope that John will still be around in the future so that he can be the one to take me through the process all over again! More

I have been to many dealerships in the past few months and none have been able to deliver what they promised, except for you and your dealership. As you know my wife was fairly particular on what she needed and had financial constraints to deal with as well and you were able to complete the deal. We drove the car from the dealership to our vacation spot and it was a great experience. The Oddossey has quite a bit to offer and rides beautifully. We went in with a price we wanted. We're clear and upfront and were approached in a very clear and upfront manner from John. Best car purchasing experience we have ever had. Jon Medrano went above and beyond. Not only did he know about the vehicles in which we were interested, but he had an awareness and appreciation of our Medrano went above and beyond.
