I have used Marin County Ford since about 2001 when I bought my new Ranger. They just did some major service on my F150 due to the fact that rodents had chewed up a bunch of wiring. ,Service, ride back to my home, delivery were all great. However, upon driving the car, the engine check light was on. I called Service and she said that the associate would call me back. I got no call bac However, upon driving the car, the engine check light was on. I called Service and she said that the associate would call me back. I got no call back. But all’s well that ends well. The engine check light is no longer on. More

Quickly after we purchased the car, we discovered it had undercarriage damage, and it took four months to get our car back from the dealership. The process was not smooth in them repairing and accepting res undercarriage damage, and it took four months to get our car back from the dealership. The process was not smooth in them repairing and accepting responsibility for a very obvious transportation problem of our new vehicle. We were very disappointed in the service departments response and timeliness. We were getting ready for a lemon law claim and the top it off knowing all this they did very little to make up for this blatant problem. More
