He answered any questions I had, showed me multiple cars on the lot, was very consistent in letting me know about new cars that showed up, etc. Finally started the paperwork at the end of November. Wasn't able to get the car when I sat down to do the paperwork (at no fault of the dealership, just my unpreparedness), but they were patient and waited another week till I had everything ready. Jacob in finance was great. Mina delivered the car and did a fantastic job setting everything up. John was willing to deliver the keys to me at midnight, went above and beyond as a salesman. The service department is God-sent. Especially the service manager Antonio and the service advisor Eric K. Incredible people to work with. More

Made us feel like we were their most important customer We bought a 2010 used Mazda 3 that we saw on the internet.Gary Muller responded to my inquiry right away and assigned John Mekhiel to work with us. J We bought a 2010 used Mazda 3 that we saw on the internet.Gary Muller responded to my inquiry right away and assigned John Mekhiel to work with us. John called within 30 minutes and we were off. We set up a time to come in and see and drive the car. John was with another customer that was leasing a much more expensive vehicle but John treated us the same. I felt he gave us the same attention that he would give any customer that walked in the door. He was courteous and professional. He apologized numerous times for having to split time with us and another customer. We realized we weren't buying an expensive vehicle but that didn't matter to John or any of the staff. We were treated like we were purchasing a brand new car rather than a 7 year old used vehicle. I would highly recommend Infiniti of Clarendon Hills to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Second of all, you better watch what you buy from this place, they did such a nice job of hiding millions of scratches on the 2014 g37 i purchases from them. After a month of owning this car i started noticing more and more scratches everywhere, on the roof of the car, the side of my care its ridiculous. THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB AND TEMPORARILY HIDING BLEMISHES ON THEIR CARS! I was also promised a 200 dollar gas gift card, when i submitted my paperwork for it they told me it was too late to redeem!!!! I wish i was told that in the first place. More
