Since our son is a new driver, and modern cars have lots of features and buttons, John was thoughtful at showing us certain features specifically good to know when learning a new car layout before and during the test drive. After the purchase, John was great at assisting with a follow up service visit, quick responses, met us when we arrived, and offered to assist with anything we needed going forward. We are very satisfied with our purchase, John's assistance during and after the purchase, and if we purchase another Subaru in the future, we would go to Subaru of Kennesaw and ask for John Melchiore. As soon as you walk in there is someone there to greet you and help you get were you need to go. The sales experience felt hassle free and very stream lined. The salesman are very knowledgeable about the vehicles and give you every financial option to try and get you in the car you want. I never felt pressured or pushed into a deal, and if I decided not to make a deal that day, it was a simple hand shake and we hope to see you again soon which they did. I recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to use Subaru of Kennesaw even if, like me, you have to travel over an hour to reach it. It's been worth the trip every time.
