John was excellent — which I appreciated, as I was buying a car for the first time in 15 years. He was great at walking me through all of the specs, features, services and tiny specific details that I wouldn a car for the first time in 15 years. He was great at walking me through all of the specs, features, services and tiny specific details that I wouldn't have organically known. I also particularly appreciated his steady, calm approach. Took some of the stress out of an inherently stressful process. Really happy with the entire experience at Subaru of Kennesaw, honestly. Everyone knows a vehicle purchase can be tricky and/or convoluted, but I felt like the team there kept things as transparent and straightforward as one could hope for. Would definitely recommend.
