Hello! My name is John Miller. I have been working at Kenosha Subaru since August 2017. Subaru is my first job in the car business. The reason I chose Subaru is because they are the most complete brand on the market. I really enjoy working with people and trying to help make the process less stressful than it already is. I married my beautiful wife Aleah in the fall of 2015 and we have 3 terrific children. I love all things Chicago Sports!!!!! Selling my 1st Subaru Back to Subaru Dealer I owned 3 Subarus - my 1st a 2010 Forester - Limited XT - turbo with the scoop. When I purchased my 3rd Subaru, Crosstrek, the Kenosha dealership exp I owned 3 Subarus - my 1st a 2010 Forester - Limited XT - turbo with the scoop. When I purchased my 3rd Subaru, Crosstrek, the Kenosha dealership expressed a lot of interest in my Forester, But I was giving it to my son, that was 3 years ago. I recently retired, and we were going from two cars - my wife's Outback and my Crosstrek to just one. Again, I gave the Crosstrek to my son, and we proceeded to sell the Forester back to the dealer. We were Extremely disappointed with the offer. It was below BOTH the KB and the NADA ROUGH Retail Trade value, and even the dealer classified it as "good Retail Trade Value" Similar cars are listed on the web for $10-$12,000. We we anticipating $7-$8,000, allowing the dealer to make a healthy $2- $3,000 profit. Their initial offer was $5,500, I was flabbergasted and insulted with this low-ball offer. We went next door to carmax and they immediately offered us $6,500 or $1,000 more than our own dealer - shameful! We went back over to Kenosha Subaru, and they graciously offered us $6,600 - still several $1000 below what we should have received. For the past 4 years we have serviced our vehicles at the dealership and always been treated fairly. I did NOT by my Crosstrek from Kenosha as another dealer closer to Milwaukee offered me basically the same vehicle for $1000's less. The moral of the story - if you are buying or selling, drive a few extra miles and get a much better deal, if you need service, they are great, friendly and timely. More

a lot of confusion on delivery. I would have preferred delivery from the salesperson who sold us the car. A lot of discrepancies from what we were told. Delivery took to long and a lot of things were not explained about the features on the vehicle. Overall, they were friendly, and John was great to work with, however, I do not think I would lease from this dealer again as I was not happy with the process and felt they were unorganized. I do not like "surprises" and felt kind of overwhelmed when the vehicle was delivered. I explained when I went in that my husband was ill, which is why I went alone. When we went back for the final pick up we waited longer than I would have liked, mostly due to miscommunications in the original agreement. I hope our experience improves with future visits, but as of today I would refer people to Milwaukee. I still do not agree with having to pay for service on a leased vehicle and did it just to get the whole deal over with. We are somewhat regretting that we did not leave, however, we will live with our choice for three years and give the dealership a chance to prove their worth. I will see how our service goes as the lease moves along, however, I am a little skeptical that we will not be treated as well as we were by the Milwaukee Subaru. We went to Kenosha for convenience and I hope we do not regret it. I hope my children, who also lease Subaru's do not experience any issues at the end of their leases. Sorry, but we just felt unimportant. Happy New Year. More
