The dealership is well managed. Our salesperson, Richard was not pushy or aggressive. He listened well so we found the right car to buy. Buying a new car can be lengthy and overwhelming but Kenosha Subaru s was not pushy or aggressive. He listened well so we found the right car to buy. Everybody at the dealership was great. This is the second vehicle that I purchased from them and the service was just as great as the first. All the employees seem happy to be there and help you out. It happened to be someone’s birthday there and some employees were trying to sneak in cake and balloons. It may seem silly but coming from 20 years in customer service, seeing that made me smile because I know that feeling when co-workers really become like family and it makes me so happy to know that I am helping to support a place that has a work environment like that. Joe Abrego, sales associate, contacted us several times to answer all our questions on the van. The couple of minor issues we had, once we arrived, were quickly addressed to our satisfaction by John Miller the Sales Manager. Though we hadn't planned on doing any add-ons Derek Wojciechowski, Business Manager, made the theft insurance a no-brainer for us with what we could save on our insurance.
