This service department is why people hate car dealerships. My vehicle is still under 5 year/60k mile warranty and since they couldn't verify my concern in 30 minutes they charged us $170. When we called we tried to schedule to drop our car off on a Saturday so they could look at it during the week. They didn't want us to do that, but instead let my wife schedule a transmission concern for 7:15 in the morning...techs do not get there until 8. Around 8:30 they then tell my wife they can't duplicate the concern and it is $170....First off. I work as a Senior Master technician at a Ford dealership. In no circumstance do we ever charge a customer for a no problem found, let alone for a transmission concern that would still be under 5 years 60k factory powertrain warranty. Not only that they said there was "no codes present"....Incase the technician and service manger don't know transmission codes are rare due to the fault has to be seen twice in consecutive drive cycles. Did they clear adaptive tables for the transmission or reset KAM to see if the transmission strategy was trying to cover up and issue "which they will" Nope they blamed it on snow tires....what a joke.... If this is how ED Martin does business then I will never come back. More

Ed Martin Toyota Noblesville always takes care of my problems. Rather is routine maintenance or repairs. They are always fast friendly and professional. My service advisor Brianna Sumner is no longer with Ed Martin and Eric has picked up where she left off. Again Ed Martin has always taken care of any of my issues. I have purchased nine vehicles from Ed Martin and they are the only car dealer that I will deal with and Toyota is the only manufacturer that I will buy at this time. I’ve run into several situations where tires, brake or other issues were wrong from the manufacture that was not Ed Martin’s fault and they’ve always taken care of these issues. I will only purchase, have services and repairs From Ed Martin Toyota Noblesville. Sales, service, service manager, sales manager and finance manager top notch. More

Monday was a rough day after dropping off my fiancé at work my car started shaking really bad in the interstate I was worried I was going to get into an accident. After wasting 3 hours waiting for a diagnosis at a mechanic I ended up heading over to Ed Martin Toyota where I was assisted by Mohamed! Let me tell you he was patient, optimistic, and made me feel like I had options; more than spending a lot of money to only temporarily fix my car. I never thought I would be leaving the lot in a new car, but Mohamed made it easy! We went over all my options and not only did I drive off the lot in a new car but I was incredibly happy! It was a great experience and they made sure I was taken care of and left with an incredible protection plan! I love my new car, Ed Martin has Made a lifetime customer!
