I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with the service department. Reaching anyone—especially John Moen—is nearly impossible, as calls consistently go unanswered and unreturned. When I finally spoke with John, he clearly stated that the repairs would be covered under my warranty. Later, he attempted to charge me $1,500 for something he claimed was “not covered.” This is completely unacceptable and feels misleading. Clear communication and honesty are the bare minimum I expect, especially when dealing with warranty coverage and significant costs. This needs to be addressed immediately. More
