The work to my car was done very well, my only complaint was that it took longer than initially anticipated which is not a problem but nobody reached out to tell me it would be the next day. Found a problem and wanted an obscene amount just to diagnose. Even then they were not sure if could be fixed. Dealership is far to expensive without enough knowledge to be competent. diagnose. It was easy to set the service department appointment online. I arrived earlier than my appointed time; nonetheless, John checked me in and got the service order started. I received text messages with up online. I arrived earlier than my appointed time; nonetheless, John checked me in and got the service order started. I received text messages with updates on my vehicle, requests for authorization, and notification that it was ready for pickup. Easy overall. I am pleased with the services. More
