We had a great experience buying a 2018 crosstrek. Chuck was great a made the it a smooth pressure free experience. Great staff. When we noticed damage to a tire, they gave us a brand new set of wheels and was great a made the it a smooth pressure free experience. Great staff. Personal, respectful, And answered every question I had, no matter how many times I asked. Great guy and thankful I had him as my guide. Bryan was the gentleman I spoke with about the financial aspect and was great. Helpful, understanding, and explained everything greatly. Sold on the Salesman Dan understood first and foremost that I would have to feel comfortable and trust him in order to make such a significant purchase. He did exactly th Dan understood first and foremost that I would have to feel comfortable and trust him in order to make such a significant purchase. He did exactly that in the best way. He did was attentive and understanding of my needs as a driver, and did not pressure me at all. In fact, he did not mention any costs for the first 2 hours (I spent about 5 hours with him the first day I was there). We test-drove 3 different vehicles, and he knew each of them as if they were his own car. I did try other brands, but they had a tall order because they had to impress me more than Dan and Subaru. In short, they couldn't and I was back at Lou Fusz Subaru talking with Dan a week or so later. In the interim, Dan responded to my email requests with some price estimates and availability of various color combinations to expedite the process once I arrived. John greeted me and had a brief conversation with me each time I was in there, expressing gratitude that I was interested and offering assistance if needed. After Dan worked up some financing estimates and explained the Car Pass feature, Bryan went over financing with me. He was very knowledgeable and detailed, and tried to find the best warranty options and financing for me. He also ensured that my bank matched the promotional rate and addressed any concerns I had as I looked over financing. In conclusion, I'm excited to cruise around in my brand new Crosstrek! More

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle & all it's options. He explained everything thoroughly but was not pushy in any way. We first contacted the dealership through the internet & Ray contacted us very promptly. He gave us the best deal of any dealership in the area. He is very nice & just a pleasure to deal with! Buying Experience I am usually not thrilled with going into a dealership to shop for new vehicles as you either get ignored or the sales rep is pushy. Dan Lippert is n I am usually not thrilled with going into a dealership to shop for new vehicles as you either get ignored or the sales rep is pushy. Dan Lippert is not like that. Dan is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells and it shows by how busy he is with customers. Dan talked with us and then gave us the keys to a demo for a test drive. We drove it for what we needed to, to determine its usability and came back to the dealership. We explained that we needed to test drive other manufacturers cars to determine which was best for us and Dan did not try to pressure us to buy right now. We came back to purchase the Crosstrek as it was our best fit and Dan again made the sale easy and painless. More
