Advantage was a quality company to work with. I was in the market for a RAM 2500, and Advantage had the vehicle. Sales Associate, John Montgomery, reached out following my inquiry to invite me I was in the market for a RAM 2500, and Advantage had the vehicle. Sales Associate, John Montgomery, reached out following my inquiry to invite me in. My wife and I came in, and within an hour we were approved. It was an all hands on deck approach at Advantage. John and the team got the vehicle processed, and just hours after walking in I was driving home in my truck. We live 2 hours away, so having folks care about how far we have to travel mattered! My visits were smooth and easy. John M followed up a after I test drove a Equinox and was told no decision has been made yet. A few hours later, I called him back and gave him the John M followed up a after I test drove a Equinox and was told no decision has been made yet. A few hours later, I called him back and gave him the info for the SUV I decided on. He had me do the easy credit and I came in the following morning to do the paperwork. Tim in finance was friendly and did a great job explaining and signing the paperwork. I truly dislike car shopping but my team worked hard and all went smoothly! More
