the worst service in chicago, Everyone seems to be busy with something, but no one does anything. I ordered a copy of my car key. Three days later I came to pick it up. But their programmer is sleeping at with something, but no one does anything. I ordered a copy of my car key. Three days later I came to pick it up. But their programmer is sleeping at home. In short, I lost my time. And they didn't want to return my money. Well, of course, after I asked to talk to the manager, they returned the money. And the manager didn't even come out of his bunker. And didn't apologize. So before you go there, think about it. More

I have nothing negative to say about John Morsy—he has been very helpful and understanding throughout the process. However, I would not feel comfortable recommending the dealership at this time. My car has been at the dealership for several weeks, and unfortunately, the original issue remains unresolved. It began with a repair to the sunroof, which had rarely been used but had already failed. Since that repair, I’ve experienced a persistent rattling noise from the headliner that has not been fixed. I was told this noise is "normal" and comparable to other vehicles, but if that’s truly the case, it raises serious concerns about the quality standards of Mercedes-Benz. If a vehicle begins rattling after just three years of ownership, it’s hard to justify considering it a luxury brand. More

Friendly at 8am is always a great start. John was very knowledgeable of my service appointment and offered a courtesy car. I opted to wait it out in the fully stocked lounge.
