My husband and I just recently moved to Charlotte and he and his dad are valued customers of VW. I knew with my next car I wanted to get into a VW. A week later my husband and I walked into the dealership and I came out with my new car. VW of South Charlotte definitely went above and beyond for me-especially John. John and Patrick were super patient with me and all my questions. Chris even went out of his way to assist me with non-finance needs. I will definitely be back for servicing my vehicle. More

Great Experience Friendly, responsive and very helpful.
