John Murray I have been in the car business 18 years. Working on cars has always been what i want to do, so being able to do what i want to do every day for a living does nothing but make me happy, which i'm them able to hopefully pass on to my customers. I am married to the love of my life, have 2 little boys who mean the world to me, and 4 dogs. In my spare time i like to work on my project truck, go camping when i can, and do enjoy going trail riding every so often, wash and detail the cars, or find something to do with the family and just spend time with them as much as possible.

I made an appointment almost 2 weeks out. My husband took my car at the date and time I got the confirmation. He got there and they couldn't find the appt. If we have to make an appt then the system should work correctly!!!! More

Dealer ship is okay. Honestly I only go there because they give me free oil changes. Several times my information has been incorrect in their system. It makes me wonder w Honestly I only go there because they give me free oil changes. Several times my information has been incorrect in their system. It makes me wonder who is changing it. Is their system secure? First my account was under my moms name...I’m 35...this last time they had my ex wife as the main email...we have been divorced for 8 years. Where they got this information beats the xxxx out of me. They always fix the mistake however, it’s tiring seeing the errors all the time. Never in my life have I seen a dealership with so many mistakes. Also, they never give you the “point inspection checklist”. I mean if your going to check my breaks at least tell me the mm of break pads I got left. How’s my tire tread depth? These are all things you say you check however, it’s never written down and given to me. The only good thing about this service center is their employees. John is super nice and helpful. Then they got this other super knowledgeable gentleman who always helps out. He’s usually the one that meets you at your car, he’s an older guy. Dudes a rockstar. More
