I purchased the vehicle in August. My front & rear brakes were replaced (covered under warranty) prior to this most recent service. The only constructive feedback I can provide is that My front & rear brakes were replaced (covered under warranty) prior to this most recent service. The only constructive feedback I can provide is that when I called in to this most recent service, I had reported a loud screeching noise (metal on mental) coming my vehicle (after front & rear pads replaced). The person answering the phone stated “ a little noise is expected due to cold weather and there would be nothing additional that your warranty would cover.” I had to press the matter to be scheduled for service and my rotors were ultimately replaced after I brought the vehicle in. Next time someone brings a similar situation up, I would ask that the service station hear the customer out and just get them scheduled without hesitation. John has been great throughout my entire experience so far. Unfortunately I had to come in for parts that fell under warranty 3 times since August. John (Tech) immediately heard the noise and addressed the problem with mechanics. If it wasn’t for him, the rating would be less. More
