I love the automotive business. Been in this industry since 1981. My brother and I were partners for 20 years in the independent world. Started with American Honda in 2002 and will never work with another manufacture. Working at Executive Acura is a great pleasure for me. Everyone I work with is awesome and puts in 100% customer satisfaction. We are ALL here to help each other and especially our customers.

I have discussed the issue with you guys in detail, and it's just talking in circles. I understand that this is a generic reply from you guys, but you guys should definitely hold your staff accountable. I got a service from you guys that should have included a tire rotation. Now I have to pay money out of pocket to correct what you guys should have done but didn't.
