Inventory/price/accommodating!!!!!!!!! When soliciting a price quote from the online feature, I was dreading a barrage of "communication" from the Dean Team..however it wasn't like that? If anything I sort of had to pursue them a little to get more information (which is okay by me). Scouring the internet for price points on the vehicle I wanted to purchase gave me an idea of what to expect dollar wise. The Dean Team surpassed that # much to my delight..The buying process was low to no pressure (be prepared with that warranty angel however). Mike Ostlund my salesman was patient and knowledgable even drove the car 2 hours to my home with a full tank of gas for free..Seriously you can't beat that kind of respect and service..Will I be a returning customer? Do birds fly? Fish swim?!!!!!! More

Due to the delay in getting my new SUV, the dealership gave me a similar vehicle to drive for over a week. This was vey beneficial as I was able to read the manuals and create a list of over 20 questions about the SUV The safety and technology features are amazing, but there is definitely a learning curve. By having a dealer car, I was able to get my questions answered when I picked up my SUV two days ago. I would definitely recommend the Dean Team Subaru dealership in Ballwing. More

Best Subaru Dealership in St. Louis My family has now bought four cars from Tony over the years. Each time he has been so helpful and great to work with that we keep coming back. In the effort of trying to be independent, I also scouted out the other two Subaru dealerships in St. Louis. After a single visit to each of them, I realized that Dean Team Subaru is the best Subaru dealership in St. Louis. It has the best selection, and Tony is friendlier and more knowledgeable than any of the staff I talked to at the other dealerships. Working with Tony is great because he if friendly, welcoming, and so very knowledgeable about the cars. He is happy to help you figure out what car is right for you and work with you to get you that car. One day, Tony was out sick, and John stepped up and was a great help answering any questions I had and working hard to make sure I got the information I asked for. The employees here are great and they make the experience of buying a car here very easy. More

New Subaru Purchase My wife and I were in the market to replace an aging Honda Pilot and various reviews led us to shop for a Subaru. The Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen came My wife and I were in the market to replace an aging Honda Pilot and various reviews led us to shop for a Subaru. The Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen came up as the most convenient so I filled out build sheet using one of the online services like Costco and AARP. The first person to contact us was John Ostlund and after exchanging a few emails we set a test drive. It took a month for us find a date that would work for us to make the 2 hour trip for the test drive. When we got there we Andrew Sheetz worked with us since John was not available. Andrew was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in and had one ready for the test drive which went very well. Before leaving we told Andrew we were planning to do some comparison shopping with other brands. At this point we were expecting the normal "hard sell". Surprisingly we didn't get it and were impressed with the low key discussion about ordering a car or buying ff the lot. We left with a very positive feeling about the potential the buying experience with Dean Team and Andrew. After a week or so of comparisons, we contacted Andrew again and expressed our interest in getting some pricing information. The pricing negotiations were not nearly as stressful as I remembered from our previous new car purchase. We ended up ordering the car since what we wanted was not on the lot. Everything Andrew told me about what to expect in the form of communications from Subaru was spot on. The car came in a little sooner than expected and Andrew worked with us on determining the best financing option and explained exactly what we would need to bring the day of pick up. The car was ready when we got there and we worked with another very pleasant finance manager, Jason Moore. With the financing complete Andrew showed us how to operate all the controls and safety devices. He even set up pairing of our phones for the hands free calling. Due to the complexity of the new systems I think Andrew could sense we were likely to have additional questions after we sent some time with the new car, and he madee us feel welcome to call or stop by for additional training. Everybody we dealt with at Dean Team was very professional and courteous. We don't expect that will change when we need to deal with them for service in the future. More

I originally met John Ostlund while dabbling on line checking out 2018 Suburus.. At the time I was given the opportunity to test drive in February 2018. ( I was fortunate they offered a Gift Card for a Test Drive) I saw a number of cars that were calling my name but I wasn't ready to jump ship. The Ride I had was going on 12 years and over 200K miles so I was defiitely looking. for my car of the Future. I don't really like Car shopping but the Dean Team Sales personell , John for one never pressured me to do anything sooner than I wanted to do. In the past year I probably made at least 4 Stops to check on Vehicles and even when John was uinavailable one of his other associates Richard helped to show us around the lot . Since February 2018 John continued to keep in touch telling me Specials that were occuring. I never felt like I had to buy with John but he continued to make me feel I wanted to own a Suburu. Well I finally decided on February 2, 2019 it was time. John sent me a text about how 0% on Outbacks was still in Play. I looked on the Suburu Dean Team Website and found the the Outback with the color I wanted and a large number of options that would make this ride the one for me. One week later we came in to sign off on all the paperwork and one again John helped us with all the initial paperwork while explaing all the different options with Suburus Starlink and information about the Warranty Programs. He was most informative and then we moved on to Financing. Once in Financing (who wouldn't pass on 0% Interest) we met Jason Moore. He made my wife and I feel most Comfortable and went over each page that needed to be signed or initialed and helped us understand the whole process. Jason even checked on the Tax Rate for us since we were coming in from Illinois. I believe this was a Top 5 purchase in my life. I knew getting the car I wanted wasn't going to be cheap but I felt comfortable that my expectations were not unreasonable . At one time Matt ( I believe he was the Sales Manager) came in and he was nice and cordial but I knew having John in my corner I was able to make my case and bring home my new "SUBU." In closing I am veery pleased with all my experiences from the Dean Team. and I would reccomend at least giving John, Jason , and Matt a chance to earn your Business. More
