He was that way when we 1st walked into Dick Dean dealership two and a half months ago not quite sure what we were looking for. He reviewed each model with all the available options and we did several test rides. We finally opted for the outback and then reviewed each available option and only chose those that were within our budget. John never pressured us into anything. Also we had reviewed on line what our trade in would be worth and Dick Dean was spot on with the offer. There was never any haggling or gamesmanship. Totally awesome experience all the way around. John Ostlund was very professional and great at being very up front about options, but never pushy. We related personally with having small children as well so the car buying experience went into a personal relationship as well. We highly recommend this dealership and John as well. Fast, easy to work with, and never felt any pressure which all are unheard of anywhere else. John was a very genuine guy and cared about what we were doing and wanting to accomplish. Couldn't have been more satisfied with our experience!! More

John (sales associate) and Dustin (finance) were great throughout the entire process - from walking through the doors, to the test drive, working out the payments, and picking up the new vehicle - very knowledgeable of the vehicles, financing, etc. John and Dustin were very attentive and committed to ensuring I understood everything and was happy with the new vehicle - even following up by phone several times to check in with me and see how I liked the vehicle and if I needed anything. I would definitely highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know who is looking for a great place to buy a car and experience awesome customer service from start to finish! More
