John worked with us for over three hours going over the vehicle and our offer was accepted. It took six weeks for the car to be delivered and John kept us updated along the way. Once it arrived, we made an appointment and took about two hours to get everything done. John walked us through our features and set up both phones for use. John even went a step further and sent us some goodies after the purchase. After purchasing five vehicles in the past 17 years, all Hondas, this was by far the only time we actually enjoyed the purchasing experience. We've had no regrets. When it comes time to buy another one in about four years, we'll definitely be back to add to our Subaru family. Thanks again, John. More

Usually when buying a new car, the sales team will work "with" you. John made me feel that he was working "for" me. My interests were always his priority. I was blown away by John's ability to make selecting the right model so simple and logical. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything I couldn't afford or didn't need. I bought all of the car I wanted and still walked away within my budget. Took a test drive in a car that was a step up from the "base" which I had hoped to purchase, but after driving it it was clear that this was the level I wanted. I gave him my information, regarding what I "expected" to accomplish - which was to stay close to the amount I owed on my current vehicle. He worked through the "numbers" with me - and reached a number I could live with. The finance person was a pleasure to work with. John showed me some of the features for the new car and showed me how to connect my phone. Great people! Would recommend them to anyone. More

Dean Team Subaru is a great dealership. What an experience! John and Matt were awesome to work with. I visited the dealership a couple of weeks ago and went over numbers. We decided to wait until January to purchase our new 2014 Outback. They were completely okay with it and did not give us any trouble. After having a rather annoying run in with the bank, we went into the dealer who had already ordered the car for us, and told him we wouldn't be able to close the deal after all. The finance manager and sa went into the dealer who had already ordered the car for us, and told him we wouldn't be able to close the deal after all. The finance manager and salesperson both where able to help us out and get a better deal than the bank in the first place and I was able to drive away in my car after all. Overall, best experience buying a car I've ever had. More
