Took a test drive in a car that was a step up from the "base" which I had hoped to purchase, but after driving it it was clear that this was the level I wanted. I gave him my information, regarding what I "expected" to accomplish - which was to stay close to the amount I owed on my current vehicle. He worked through the "numbers" with me - and reached a number I could live with. The finance person was a pleasure to work with. John showed me some of the features for the new car and showed me how to connect my phone. Great people! Would recommend them to anyone. More

Dean Team Subaru is a great dealership. What an experience! John and Matt were awesome to work with. I visited the dealership a couple of weeks ago and went over numbers. We decided to wait until January to purchase our new 2014 Outback. They were completely okay with it and did not give us any trouble. The numbers were all the same from when we originally went over them. There were no surprises and an extremely easy process. I would refer business to Dean Team any time. We love our Outback!! After having a rather annoying run in with the bank, we went into the dealer who had already ordered the car for us, and told him we wouldn't be able to close the deal after all. The finance manager and sa went into the dealer who had already ordered the car for us, and told him we wouldn't be able to close the deal after all. The finance manager and salesperson both where able to help us out and get a better deal than the bank in the first place and I was able to drive away in my car after all. Overall, best experience buying a car I've ever had. More

We'd done our homework and knew what car we wanted. Upon arrival, we were allowed a few minutes to look around, and at no point were we mobbed by over-eager sales staff. John Ostlund was our salesman, and he was knowledgeable, patient, and extremely professional. We explained what we were looking for and John quickly presented several options. We test drove two cars and once our final decision had been made, the process of buying the car was the most painless dealership experience ever. John didn't try and nickel and dime us, there was no pretense of asking for the approval of sales management teams, and there was a bottom line sticker price... instead of saying, "how much can you afford each month?" we were treated with real costs, real numbers and a better interest rate than our personal, pre-approved loan. Thank you Mr. Ostlund! You made my day and I LOVE my new outback. More

I do not purchase cars very often, and my past experiences were not the greatest. So I was a little apprehensive when I decided it was time to start car shopping. John Ostlund made the entire ex experiences were not the greatest. So I was a little apprehensive when I decided it was time to start car shopping. John Ostlund made the entire experience stress free and actually enjoyable. He was extremely personable and courteous, and I never felt pressured into any particular make or model. John took the time to patiently explain everything, and it was obvious that he is very knowledgable with his products. The negotiation went smoothly and they were able to meet my payment goals. During the actual financing, Richard Martin was also very courteous and took the time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend the Dean Team Subaru Volkswagen to anyone who is looking for a fair and hassle free car purchasing experience. More

I was interested in purchasing a Jetta TDI and mostly set on it but was still comparing models and was planning on selling my car independently beforehand. I signed up for a test drive on the dealership's we on it but was still comparing models and was planning on selling my car independently beforehand. I signed up for a test drive on the dealership's website because they were offering a $50 debit card. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the car model, explained the differences in trims well, and was friendly. My only complaint is that I wanted to test drive a used Porsche Cayman on the lot too but he wouldn't let me saying that they wanted to keep miles off of it, which I felt was kind of insulting especially since it was in the same price range too. It wasn't the car I would have most likely ended up with but wanted to try it out. I ended up trading in my car that night and purchasing a demo Jetta TDI they had. I think I got a fair price on the car and my trade-in and am satisfied with the financing I was set up with. I have returned to the dealership since the sale for maintenance questions and they were friendly and helpful. More
