John (sales associate) and Dustin (finance) were great throughout the entire process - from walking through the doors, to the test drive, working out the payments, and picking up the new vehicle - very knowledgeable of the vehicles, financing, etc. John and Dustin were very attentive and committed to ensuring I understood everything and was happy with the new vehicle - even following up by phone several times to check in with me and see how I liked the vehicle and if I needed anything. John worked with us for over three hou We ordered a 2015 Subaru Forester 2.5i Touring the last weekend in April with John Ostlund being our salesman. John worked with us for over three hours going over the vehicle and our offer was accepted. It took six weeks for the car to be delivered and John kept us updated along the way. Once it arrived, we made an appointment and took about two hours to get everything done. John walked us through our features and set up both phones for use. John even went a step further and sent us some goodies after the purchase. After purchasing five vehicles in the past 17 years, all Hondas, this was by far the only time we actually enjoyed the purchasing experience. We've had no regrets. When it comes time to buy another one in about four years, we'll definitely be back to add to our Subaru family. Thanks again, John. More

Usually when buying a new car, the sales team will work "with" you. John made me feel that he was working "for" me. My interests were always his priority. I was blown away by John's ability to make selecting the right model so simple and logical. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything I couldn't afford or didn't need.
