John went above and beyond to get us the best deal and made sure we were happy and comfortable purchasing my new car. He was so great that we came back a week later to purchase a new car for my husband. John was also incredible and patient with our kids and worked with us in the kids' playroom on both visits. Matei was warm and welcoming and made sure we were being taken care of. And finally, Hector was professional, kind, and extremely efficient.Thank you, John, Matei, and Hector for everything! The best place to buy a car in Orlando!! Carl Black is amazing. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure that every customer leaves satisfied. Amazing! We first went to another Buick Dealership in town and we were treated so poorly. We were discouraged but needed a car. Matt answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable on the products. Matt also pointed out features and the options that each truck I looked had. Matt wasn’t pushy at all, even told me if I couldn’t find what I was looking for that he would try to locate what I was looking for. After my purchase of a Silverado Mr. Miller even helped me transfer my items from my trade to the new truck. I have never had a salesperson help me like that before. Mr. Miller made a new customer out me and because of his kindness and curtesy I’ll come back again. Also Mr. Wilson gets applauded for his help in financing department , very helpful. In the end my experience at Carl Black was great thanks for y’all help Mr. Miller and Mr.Wilson . I will be a returning customer for sure. More

Amazing Experience I came in for an oil change and drove off with the new car. I had intended to get a new car anyway. Darryl Driver, at the Service Department had me I came in for an oil change and drove off with the new car. I had intended to get a new car anyway. Darryl Driver, at the Service Department had me laughing from the jump. His banter with my son was hilarious. I was late for my appointment and he was able to squeeze me in. He gave me the information I needed and advised me accordingly. He was great. My sales agent John and Manager Hector were so attentive, knowledgeable, patient and cooperative. John had the best Hawian Shirt of the day. He should have won the award for best shirt. This experience was awesome. More
