I live 3 hours away and within 2 days of locating the car I wanted at this dealership online, we had agreed upon a deal and I had a deposit down without ever needing to meet in person. John Pitts was very easy to work with and always available if I had a question. Once I got to Jacksonville to get the car, I was in and out within a few hours. AJ Miller had all of my financing paperwork ready to go and made the tedious process of paperwork go smoothly and with good humor. I felt well supported by this team and I love my new (used) car. I never felt I was being taken advantage of which can be rare when buying a new car! Will definitely use them again. More

Had looked at two other dealerships, and thought I had found my vehicle. Not so, they sold it. I'm so glad that I looked on Subaru Of Jacksonville! I found two 2019 Forester Limited that had all the options that I wanted. I contacted them my the internet with my interest about these two Foresters. I was put in contact with John Pitts remarkable young man with mass knowledge of the Subaru product. He was very polite, courteous, and helpful in so many different ways in answering all my Questions about the vehicles, pricing on my trade-in and pricing on out door! What is so amazing is that "John did all of the running between me and the manager on the out the door pricing at the dealership". I never stepped into there showroom till the day I purchased my 2019 Forester Limited. I want to Thank John so much for being so patient with me in throwing so many questions at him about the pricing, that I knew that he would have to go back and forth to his manager. John was so thorough in making sure that at the dealership that all went smooth in the paper work, and then taking my wife and I to the Forester and going through all the many operation of the different functions on the vehicle. He introduced himself and gave me his card ... no high pressure sales maneuvers. As I was leaving, I told him that we would be back. My husband and I returned a couple of months later for a test drive and sealed the deal on our 2019 Crosstrek. We had to wait for our model to be located and sign all of the papers with Mike McCormack, who was also great help. Overall, from start to finish, it was a great car buying experience. More

He pointed all of them out.I asked him about the discounts off the stickeer and he explained everything in detail.I have not bought a new car for myself since 1995 and 2003 for my daughter.The reputation this dealership has is certainly deserving.
