For a Stress-Free Buying Experience, Go to THIS place Before going to this dealer, I had read all these reviews. So, I was debating on going to this one that is 2 hours away from my home and the one neare Before going to this dealer, I had read all these reviews. So, I was debating on going to this one that is 2 hours away from my home and the one nearer to me that was 15 mins away. But I went with my research and went to them and I do not regret it one bit. I had gone with family and friends to buy their cars and I know how stressful the process can be. How dealerships are just the worse and all that. And for the most part, that was some of the experience my family/friends have. But definitely not this one. John Pitts in Sales/Leasing was amazing. He was very knowledgeable. I went for a test drive a month back. He respected the fact that I was not ready to buy a vehicle yet. Which is more than I can say of the other dealerships I went to. Even though he knew I was not going to buy a car yet, he took the time to tell me all about the vehicle, the technology, specs, reviews, and even how to set it up to my liking. I really appreciated that. When it came to me actually buying, I had to call/text him for a buyer's order. He was so prompt in his replies and I felt so bad rushing him. When I went to buy the car, he had the car I picked out parked right outside and ready to go. He was so busy and even then, he didn't make me feel rushed. We reviewed all the things we talked about prior. And honestly, I would recommend him to my friends and family. Savanna O'Connor was great. Before deciding to buy a car, I went to their website. I saw their inventory and sent them a message. Savannah was my contact for that.I, unfortunately, missed her calls but I did get her messages and was able to reply back. She made sure I knew that they were aware of my interest without being pushy. Mike McCormack was a huge surprise. Most of the experience I had in the car buying process with friends and family, the finance guy was always the WORST. But he was a breath of fresh air. He did not try to badger me into getting all those extended warranties. I went in, signed some documents, paid my downpayment and we were done. I even remarked to him that it was a 'painless process' and it honestly was. If you are reading this, more often than not you have had a stressful car buying experience. So I highly recommend you go to this place and see what it's like not to be. More

2019 Subaru Forester Pretty much had my mind set to buy a Forester before visiting the lot. John Pitts was my salesman and he made me immediately comfortable by not coming Pretty much had my mind set to buy a Forester before visiting the lot. John Pitts was my salesman and he made me immediately comfortable by not coming on strong. He answered my questions and gave me good info about the Forester. He was not pushy and when I decided to leave without test driving or take any more action that day, there was no attitude. When I went back the next weekend to test drive, I decided to buy. The process went smoothly and what I like was just dealing with John. No second or third person showing up trying to talk me in to buying at a price that was beyond what I wanted to pay. I made a counter offer which was accepted and then I was pretty much out of the door. Kudos to the man, don't remember his name, that did the paper work. When I turned down all the extra offers he did not get an attitude and remained very friendly. The entire buying experience was outstanding. The only sad part was leaving my 5 year old Honda CR-V behind. I'm sure though that my travels in my new Forester will be just as great or better as in the Honda. More

I traveled 350 to buy my new Forestor from these guys and it worked out great. No haggling no hidden surprises. They told me what my trade value would be over the phone and stuck to it.. John Pitts our salesman was honest, knowledgeable and caring. AJ the finance man we dealt with was as good as you can get, friendly, fast with a good sense of humor. I will go back to JAX Subaru for my next Subaru. More
