The initial price quoted matched what I expected after having done MUCH research online and when I returned to the dealership a week later, after tweaking my options list and ready to buy, my final price and options available on my car were better than expected. The entire process was easy and low-key. Follow up calls and emails from Tiza and Joy were pleasant. Mike in Finance made finalizing the deal easy. John noted which days of the week meet my needs for service and because I don't know when I'll hit 1000 miles on my new car, we did not schedule that check-up but he made sure I know about it so I can schedule when it happens. More

Painless, No-Pressure Car Shopping! Even tho the salesperson my husband asked for was not available(Juan was working on a Habitat house), John stepped in to show us a Forrester. He understood that my objective was simply to sit in the driver's seat to try on the "fit". With no push on his part, we asked to take it for a drive. John was very informative as we put it in both highway and stop-and-go traffic. We went home but came back the next morning. Jerry knew which car we had come for and took us through the leasing process. Mr. Porter was right when he told me we were in good hands with Jerry. I picked up my grandson in the new car that afternoon. The following morning, Jerry and I finished going over the manuals and I got to meet Juan. When they say "Welcome to the family!" at Suburu of Jacksonville, they mean it! More
