A few of the dealers didn’t respond to my request and a few of them didn’t delineate the costs as I had requested. Sabino Martinez was one of the sales people who responded exactly as I had requested. After some negotiation Sabino gave me the second lowest price, but I ended out buying a car from him because of our conversations on the telephone. I purchased the car yesterday. Everything on the contract was exactly as specified and no one tried to sell me anything during the financial transaction. I left the dealership feeling that I had been given an exceptionally honest and transparent car buying experience. More

Go see John Pitts and AJ Miller! I came in on a Sunday with a sub par trade in vehicle LOL (my old van). But I knew these guys had the exact car I wanted because I had done my researc I came in on a Sunday with a sub par trade in vehicle LOL (my old van). But I knew these guys had the exact car I wanted because I had done my research. John Pitts came out and kindly introduced himself as soon as I got out of my car. I gave him my pre approval letter for financing, and told him which car I was hunting for. He took me on a test drive and gave me the run down on my vehicle, and also shared his expansive knowledge about Subaru's manufacturing history. This guy knows his stuff. John made the paperwork go by very quickly without the usual suffering. He is so organized and fast it blew me away. When It was time to get the financing part done he seamlessly passed me over to Aj Miller. This gentleman continued the trend of streamlining me on my way to just getting it all wrapped up. He didn't try to up-sell me on anything I didn't need. He didn't run my credit 10 times and destroy my FICO score. He got my signature, told me everything I needed to know, gave me the monthly payment date I wanted, and BOOM! I grabbed my keys and was out the door! I recommend Subaru of Jacksonville to EVERYBODY! My sales consultant, John Pitts, was extremely helpful in pointing out all the safety features this SUV has. He was great at negotiating a price that I could work with, and overall just a very pleasant man to work with. Mike McCormack in the finance dept, made getting thru the paperwork a breeze.
