Moving from 2002 to 2019 Subaru! I was driving a 2002 Subaru Forester, so it was time for a new car, but I was super-nervous about the process. John made the process a pleasure. He even traveled an hour to my home to install some options I purchased with the car. I am thrilled with my new car and my experience with John Pitts at Subaru of Jacksonville. I had been to several other dealers and found them to be rigid and unwilling to work with me. This was not the case at Subaru of Jacksonville. Thank goodness! I recommend John to anyone looking for a vehicle. AJ was efficient and friendly when doing the paperwork. More
