I gave him my pre approval letter for financing, and told him which car I was hunting for. He took me on a test drive and gave me the run down on my vehicle, and also shared his expansive knowledge about Subaru's manufacturing history. This guy knows his stuff. John made the paperwork go by very quickly without the usual suffering. He is so organized and fast it blew me away. When It was time to get the financing part done he seamlessly passed me over to Aj Miller. This gentleman continued the trend of streamlining me on my way to just getting it all wrapped up. He didn't try to up-sell me on anything I didn't need. He didn't run my credit 10 times and destroy my FICO score. He got my signature, told me everything I needed to know, gave me the monthly payment date I wanted, and BOOM! I grabbed my keys and was out the door! I recommend Subaru of Jacksonville to EVERYBODY! I have been wanting to get back in a Subaru for many years. I am so happy to be back in one now. The CrossTrek caught my eye several months ago, and I decided to take a look at it. My sales consultant, John Pitts, was extremely helpful in pointing out all the safety features this SUV has. He was great at negotiating a price that I could work with, and overall just a very pleasant man to work with. Mike McCormack in the finance dept, made getting thru the paperwork a breeze. Everyone that I came in contact were just great. I took a friend with me, and he was so impressed that 2 days later, he went back and purchased his 1st Subaru, a CrossTerk! More
