Jerry Johnson had been in contact with us via e-mail and was kindly and diligently keeping us informed about the certified pre-owned outbacks around our price range, eager to work with us. We came in the other day to look at one and John Pitts showed us several options and was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable and was answering all of our inquiries and providing excellent service to us as we sought to make a decision. We were given a military discount which we highly appreciated and we were able to make a deal for the outback we wanted!
