John was very informative as we put it in both highway and stop-and-go traffic. We went home but came back the next morning. Jerry knew which car we had come for and took us through the leasing process. Mr. Porter was right when he told me we were in good hands with Jerry. I picked up my grandson in the new car that afternoon. The following morning, Jerry and I finished going over the manuals and I got to meet Juan.
