I have dealt with Troncalli Jeep since purchasing my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited new last October. Last week, I had an issue with the AEV custom wheel rim on my Wrangler. John Richards was simply outstanding in terms of helping me understand the issue, offering solutions, and working with me to get the issue resolved. John is truly an outstanding professional, and Troncalli is blessed to have him associated with their business. Joe Maturani and Kristin Talbot have also been great when I've dealt with them. Every one didn't give up they went back and search all there inventory they had and that other dealers had until they found me the truck that i was looking for. They did a good job to get me the most truck for the money. this is my second vehicle that i have purchase from Troncoli and am more than pleased with all the people involved with my purchase. this was very quick and painless during the purchase process. Everyone worked together in unison to get the truck detailed and ready for us while we did the paper work very quickly. The people that i worked with made this a pleasant experience. Terrible service department - the first thought that comes to mind is RUN don't walk away from this dealer's service. Sales on new Jeeps at this dealership and the sales management team are on par, but if you buy a car from them, have it serviced elsewhere. Every time we brought our Grand Cherokee in for service there was a dispute. Either the service team completely botched the job (like putting simple roof racks and side steps on). If anyone but myself took the Jeep in for service or repair, the service team persuaded them to add on more unnecessary service charges than what were needed...and at a hefty charge. Net/net, this is not the kind of service you would expect from a reputable dealership, so be warned! I've since bought another Grand Cherokee at Palmer Dodge/Jeep and their service department runs circles around the Troncalli group here. More

I was blown away with the awesome service I received in the collision center. My Mazda 3 looks better than new. These guys went the extra mile, from quotes, to drop off and pick up these guys had it togeth the collision center. My Mazda 3 looks better than new. They detailed it and even cleaned the buildup on my headlghts. The little details make such a difference. Any future colission needs I may have will be handled at Troncalli in Cumming. I am glad I have purchased my 2008 Charger from here. The service I have received here over the past 4 years has been nothing but outstanding. Sales team is very friendly and are helpful. They understand that you are making an important purchase and they spend time to help you research on everything. They did not push me to purchase right away. Instead, they let me drive their cars home to see if it fits my garage and my driving style. When I was ready to make the purchase, they made sure I got a great deal and offered a lot of extra values and services that other dealerships cannot beat. At the service department, everyone is knowledgeable and eager to help. The mechanic designated to service my vehicle is Steve Echols. He is very experience, well trained, and very detail oriented. I have watched Steve working on other cars before. Steve works on every car as if it is his own. When he returns the car to me, I know that the job has been done right. I am sure most mechanics at Troncalli are equally good, but I am glad I have someone I can always trust to work on my car. Parts department Cliff is another awesome staff. He is very experienced, very knowledgeable and very patient. He always gives sound advice on parts and accessories. I do have another dealership closer to my home, but I repeatedly chose drive the extra distance to come back here to look for advice from Cliff. Body shop staff is also awesome. They stand behind their work. One time I had an accident and the door had to be replaced. The paint color was slightly off which can be visible only under direct sunlight. They took the car back and redo it, and gave me free rental car during the rework. The did a fantastic job. I grew up from a family that was not impressed by the Dodge brand. This dealership has turned it around 180 deg. I am glad I bought my Charger from Troncalli. I am a very proud Dodge owner, and one happy Troncalli customer. More

I needed tires for my wife's Mazda. I don't live near this store but I work in the area 3 days a week. I stopped in and met with JR on Friday, who priced tires for me. He was the best deal I found. I came in today, Saturday, at 8:30 AM for my appointment and was on my way home by 10:15 with a new set of tires and an alignment for a car brand that this store is not even a dealer. A excellent experience, great job by the Technician, Alex Ball and I saved some money. And they have great coffee! More
