I bought a pre-owned Audi from Cain, and John Romell was my salesman. He was very friendly and helpful. He assisted me with my initial inspection and test drive, answered my questions, and also arranged t my salesman. He was very friendly and helpful. When I returned to get the car, John had it ready and waiting and provided a detailed explanation of systems and operations to my wife. I would, without hestitation, do business with Cain again, and would be pleased to work with John at that time. These folks are careful to communicate well and do precisely what they promise - and then they exceed expectations! I would describe Cain BMW as the example of how an auto dealer should be: Honest, Attentive, Polite, Thorough, and Friendly. My experience was great. John was extremely helpfull and very thorough. I was updated via phone many times to let me know the progress of my car which was built. The main reason that I went to Cain was due to trust. I just purchased my 6th (2 new and 4 used)vehicle from the dealership and have always been impressed with the customer service, no excuses on why thing just purchased my 6th (2 new and 4 used)vehicle from the dealership and have always been impressed with the customer service, no excuses on why things can't be done and always pursuing a way to make a deal. I have never felt that I walked away with anything less than a fair deal, and in some cases felt that I was offered a great deal. The sales staff will work with the customer and will not hide behind the "magic curtain" with the sales manager. All dealings are on the table. Quality staff, service, ownership and dealership. Personally, I will be moving out of state in the next several months and will return to Cain for my vehicle purchases, because the trust that has developed is not easy to find in any car dealership. John was great! Very friendly, professional and courteous. I flew in from out of town to get the car and was promptly picked up at the airport by a representative from the dealership. The only problem was on the mechanical side of things. Halfway through driving the car back home my oil light went on. I discovered the vehicle was very low on oil and did not get inspected properly. I called John and he was very quick to help rectify the issue. They reimbursmed me for the oil change and were very courteous and helpful with the whole situation. More
