Exceptional service at this dealer, always! I just purchased my second used vehicle from them, as I had such a wonderful experience the first time with John Romell. They offer extremely low pressure, purchased my second used vehicle from them, as I had such a wonderful experience the first time with John Romell. They offer extremely low pressure, personalized service. I had notified John ahead of time I was interested in test driving a vehicle on the lot. Within two hours, he had the vehicle cleaned and ready for me out front. The actual purchasing experience was smooth on both occasions and I ended up purchasing an extended warranty on my vehicle. The salesman who went over that information with me was honest, detailed oriented, and assisted us with choosing what option was best. There was only one key fob with my vehicle, and John made sure a second was ordered immediately. The level of service speaks volumes. The dealership is always clean and orderly, management is very friendly. I will be back for my third vehicle when the time comes! Thank you! More

John was great when purchasing the car. Sadly the support and service ended with the purchase. They did not check out the car prior to sale and once sold, would not stand behind the sale - the brake support and service ended with the purchase. They did not check out the car prior to sale and once sold, would not stand behind the sale - the brakes on front right were totally rusted from the car sitting in a snow bank while waiting for sale. After purchase they also advised CPO no longer would apply and I was on my own. Good people, bad business practices will make me stay clear in the future and recommend others do the same. Very poor service/ support - push the car out at top dollar and support it like the corner used car lot. More

False Advertising! The Cain BMW website as well as the national BMW website indicates that there is .9% financing on 2016-2018 CPO vehicles . I offered the asking price The Cain BMW website as well as the national BMW website indicates that there is .9% financing on 2016-2018 CPO vehicles . I offered the asking price on the vehicle which obviously was accepted. I was then told hours later by James, the Cain BMW finance manager, that Cain is not participating in the .9% financing despite meeting all the advertised criteria. The criteria required an 800+ credit score. I exceeded 820. Wife is very disappointed after spending 3 hrs of her day. WOW! More

Superb Deal on a Great Car - Thank You All at CAIN BMW! I had been looking for a 2019 BMW 430i when I came across the one I bought from John Romell. Since I was buying out of state, it took a lot longer to I had been looking for a 2019 BMW 430i when I came across the one I bought from John Romell. Since I was buying out of state, it took a lot longer to complete the paperwork as well get the sales contract and financial documents completed. John was extremely patient with me as well as following through on everything that needed to be done to complete the sale. The deal I received on my car was fantastic! Since I could not see the car prior to buying it as I live in Michigan, I had to go by faith that the condition stated was accurate. The car actually came in better condition that what was stated! My car arrived to my house without a single scratch!!! THANK YOU so much! The car too was detailed very nicely. I am thrilled with my car and with truly am thankful for the attention and courtesy given to me by John and the dealership. Also, there a glitch in the final paperwork but the sale department staff that the corrected very quickly and thoroughly. I actually overpaid by accident when sending the check - but within around 10 days I had a check in my mailbox refunding me the over-payment. Since I lived out of state, they too handled paying the taxes directly to the State of Michigan and that saved me a ton of paperwork at my local DMV. Wow, I'm telling you that made my DMV visit go without a glitch! Also, the dealership processing fees are very reasonable and the contract was straightforward making a good process even better. Each morning when I see my car in the garage, I am reminded that I found the BEST BMW dealership in the MidWest as well as salesman. Thanks to you both! Cain BMW is a great dealership and do their business in an honest and truly professional manner. They truly do their business in a way that every dealership should model after. I would give you 10 stars if I could. :-) I too love my 2019 430i. The look is fantastic, the fuel economy is excellent and the ride is near-perfect.
