Good Afternoon ,I wanted to take a moment to respond to your concerns here at Kings. When your vehicle was dropped off you/or your son were advised if repairs are warranty there will be no charge, but if the repairs are not covered under warranty you would be responsible for a diagnostic charge . This was agreed upon at write up and we obtained a signed approval. After diagnosing your vehicle and finding several fault codes, b0001-13 air bag, b0002-13 air bag mod 2, c1a57-46 front cameras , u111c-00 front camera, C1A16 RADAR BLOCKED, AND B2729,B272A,B272B . these codes are stored in your cars computer Upon further inspection we found front bumper repairs , fender damage, and a disconnected camera . We advised you that we are unable to perform any warranty work on this vehicle since the faults and findings are showing signs that the car was involved in an accident or sold to the customer with these non warrantable repairs. remember we have no history on your vehicle . Your statement that we are a scam and making excuses is incorrect. Everything was explained to you , in detail , and the reasons why we are unable to warranty these repairs . Good evening, Your car came in with a disconnected camera, and signs of damage, we did not damage your car and we did not cause the codes to appear, we have no history on your vehicle so we can only go by the data we recovered during the diagnostic . We only charged you 1 hour diagnostic but you were quoted 1.5 hours so we did not fully charge you for diagnostic. We have nothing to lie about , this data was stored in your car , and we presented proof of that. No fantasy accident but real live data we found in your vehicle . Maybe you should review who sold you the car or who may have damaged it since you are not willing to accept responsibility for your vehicle. We did not create the issue, you presented us a car that had the issue. I recommend you go to another dealership and have them scan and diagnose your vehicle. I'm sure you will receive the same response. This is not a warrantable issue We understand your frustration over your vehicle but slandering us is not the way to get your car resolved. Your verbal abuse and use of foul language, as i tried to discuss the findings, was not warranted . I advised your son to contact client relations and state your case to them , and advised this is the best way to address this issue but instead you rather make idle threats and accuse us of fraud. Reach out to your son, i provided the phone number to call , and advise them of the situation . Funny you say because the side front of the fender has a small dent and the bumper cover has a walnut size dent that it is not covered under warranty because you don't understand all the fault codes. It is not for you to understand just to fix but since Infiniti is not going to pay your knuckleheads hours to try and fix what you don't understand you declare its not covered. Yet you somehow give an estimate for 2500 dollars to fix the issue? So you are lying on many fronts. You can replace a part for 2500 dollars yet you don't state such part was damaged in your fantasy accident. I stand by everything I wrote, furthermore you charge a 250 dollar diagnostic fee (real convenient) and you tell me the wire for the front camera was disconnected and I ask well did you connect it and you say " not our job" So you could have at least fixed one thing by simply connecting the wire but why expect that from con artists?.

Also the 2500 dollar estimate to repair what you state is not covered under warranty because of your BS fantasy accident lists no parts in the front of the car but it does list 2 items in the passenger compartment, the control module located in the center consol and the clock spring located in the steering wheel so when I'm done exposing this con ( and believe me I haven't even started ) at least maybe I can prevent others from being scammed by your unscrupulous service department. Also your estimate was for an additional 189 dollars to diagnose the front camera when you already stated the wire was disconnected, I would laugh at how disgustingly corrupt your place is but you also scammed us for 300 dollar diagnostic fee for the pleasure of having you attempt to rob us. Not under warranty? You really need to come up with better stories from now on or find dumber customers.

The car was purchased / leased new, the only damage is a slight dent on the right front fender on the side near the wheel opening that a child could hit it with their elbow and cause the same minor damage, there have been no accidents and regardless the estimate for 2500 were for a module and a steering wheel component both located in the passenger compartment so those are the facts, however I will call you tomorrow and see if you are willing to resolve this if so then I will chalk this up to a miscommunication between your technician and service advisor. In the future when a car is under warranty do the warranty repairs

Have it your way then, you explained nothing at all, so I will handle it my way then, I have enough proof of what you guys were trying to pull , you claim damage yet you have no repairs listed in the supposedly damaged area yet you have repairs listed in the passenger compartment even a judge with the mechanical knowledge of a 5 year old can see what you were trying to pull and instead of resolving it you insist you were correct, it's like a joke. Don't need to bother with client relations they will only repeat your ridiculous story, ( the computer told you? ) lol that's amazing say that to the judge and hopefully others you pulled this on start to come forward, we will see if it was worth it
