Great Sales Staff I walked into the showroom with no appointment and no intention of leasing a vehicle that very night; I was there just to check out the 2019 CR-V and I walked into the showroom with no appointment and no intention of leasing a vehicle that very night; I was there just to check out the 2019 CR-V and was lucky that Andy Vasquez happened to be the salesman who showed me the car. Andy was very personable and professional and worked diligently with his manager, John Ryan, to exceed the lease deal being offered to me by another dealer. Not once did I feel pressured or intimidated by Andy or John during the negotiation process - they were true gentlemen. Andy went above and beyond my expectations when he walked me through the many features of the CR-V, and he was extremely patient and thorough in helping me understand the navigation system in particular. I greatly appreciate how easy Andy made the leasing process by handling the inspection, registration, new license plates, and working directly with my insurance agent - the stuff I hate doing. He even took care of turning in the lease car I was getting rid of -- all I had to do was hand him the keys! Andy was truly a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Andy! More

Great experience Everything went very smooth from start to finish, except for the vehicle inspection sticker. I purchased my car and was not able to pick up my Registr Everything went very smooth from start to finish, except for the vehicle inspection sticker. I purchased my car and was not able to pick up my Registration until the following Monday, 6 days later. My vehicle requires registration within 7 days which the dealership was unable to provide to me. I had to do it on my own and then get a receipt for reimbursement. When I told the dealership of the conflict in time they did not offer a loaner car to take while the dealership takes care of the required service on my new vehicle. More
