John is an exceptional salesman. I had some issues with a vehicle I had bought from this dealership, not going to go into details but it left me with a bit of a sour taste in my mout I had some issues with a vehicle I had bought from this dealership, not going to go into details but it left me with a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. Josh the gm and John took the time to listen to the issues I was having and made things right. It’s very apparent JSP loves what he does and actually values his customers time. I’ve dealt with more people at that dealership than the average customer. John and for that matter Josh, are the only reason they still have my business. JSP is truly the MVP of wilsonville Toyota it will be a very unfortunate day if he ever leaves. More

I was so pleasantly surprised when I got the call from Reilly Quinn that a RAV4 Prime was mine for the taking if I made it to the dealership the next day by 9 a.m. opening. I was at the door and escorted Reilly Quinn that a RAV4 Prime was mine for the taking if I made it to the dealership the next day by 9 a.m. opening. I was at the door and escorted to a desk by John Scott, who very quickly got me "deposited," signed some forms and done and done! No Bull! After reflecting on some extras I thought I wanted (leather seats, Homelink rearview mirror), I changed my mind and JSP said "no problem!" I expected a hassle but not a one. When I picked up the car, they were very busy (everyone wants a Toyota!) but I wasn't kept waiting too long. Thanks JSP and Wilsonville Toyota for my new RAV4 Prime, "Primrose!" More
