I just purchased a new 2012 Subaru Outback from Subaru of Kennesaw and it was the best experience I've had purchasing a car by far. straight forward in sales hegotiation, no nickle and dime. Friendly and care about customer satisfaction. I checked other dealers for the same purchase, and one of them rejected my offer for a differe dime. Friendly and care about customer satisfaction. I checked other dealers for the same purchase, and one of them rejected my offer for a difference of $250. While Subaru of kennesaw accepted $500 price cut right away without much arguement. More

My purchasing experience was so different - in a positive way - from anything that I have run into before. This dealership really wants to earn your trust and return business and they will have mine. Last July, I went into this delaership for an education about Subaru Legacy and walked out with a new Outback, which I love, because John Settineri REALLY listened to my needs and matched me with the right about Subaru Legacy and walked out with a new Outback, which I love, because John Settineri REALLY listened to my needs and matched me with the right fit. The negotiation process,which I normally abhor, was one of the least arduous ones I have ever faced in the car industry. I credit John and Johnny Poole for handing me off to Louis Kaissieh quickly to get to the bottom line without the "silly" back and forth usually associated with the business. I also want to commend Art Baldwin for his "walk-through" tutorial when I picked up the car, though he had no previous dealings with me. And a big thanks to Wendy Kinslow, my service advisor, for ensuring all work done is correct, timely and appreciated. I just left the dealer again with a Certified Pre-Owned Forester. Again, a pleasant experience and a fair deal, thanks to John and Johnny. And, while I waited for my original paperwork, Art strolled over and shot the breeze with me, though I wasn't his immediate customer and for which he had no obligation. Overall, a great team to work with, excellent service work to date, and positive attitudes emanating from the fine Subaru employees. All of this in addition to owning superb vehicles. Thank you all.
