The Outback is a hot car right now, and we wanted a specific model and color (one that sells the minute it hits the lot). We were buyers from out of town, needing a car before our other car's lease ended, and as such we did not have the option of repeat dealership visits because of the time crunch and distance factors. Our salesman Ralph Kurland hunted high and low to find us just the car we were looking for, which we picked up a few weeks later. We were also impressed with how the employees worked together as a team to provide the best car-buying experience possible. Many thanks to Ralph, Joseph, John, and Carlos. A truly outstanding car buying experience This is the second Subaru I've purchased from Subaru of Kennesaw. Both times I've had the pleasure of working with John Settineri and Johnny Poole and This is the second Subaru I've purchased from Subaru of Kennesaw. Both times I've had the pleasure of working with John Settineri and Johnny Poole and on this occasion, Carlos Torres. All of these individuals were truly outstanding once again. John is a great sales person but more than that, a great customer service guy. He made sure I had the information I needed and didn't seem to mind when I wanted to drive vehicles multiple times before I decided which to buy (Outback or Crosstrek). He explained both cars and pointed out small differences (like integrated cross-bars on the Outback). Although I had pre-arranged financing, Johnny and Carlos took time to see if they could get a lower rate for me and were judicious at moving things along (even though they had some computer trouble). Carlos made sure I had all of the information I needed and made sure I understood it. I would certainly recommend this dealership to my family and friends. I use this dealership for service and look forward to future visits for both service and car buying. More

Best experience at a dealership I've ever had I will admit this is the first time I've purchased a Subaru before (2015 Outback--AMAZING!), but certainly not the first car I've purchased and I've b I will admit this is the first time I've purchased a Subaru before (2015 Outback--AMAZING!), but certainly not the first car I've purchased and I've been through many dealerships over the years. Some very good experiences, some not so much. Subaru of Kennesaw was absolutely the best of the best. They have a different level of customer service you don't see in this industry. From salesman to manager to finance department, all willing to give you the best experience possible. See John Settineri when you go. He will work hard to get you what you are looking for and provide you knowledge service and work to get you the best deal. I'd like to give a shout out to Carlos Torres who works in the financing office for his efforts as well. I can't rate these two guys and the rest of the staff and dealership any higher. A+.
