I had to take my car in for a replacement of a part and there were no appointments and they were busy. My service advisor John Shaw told me to bring it in and they would take care of it . I had my car back the next day in great working order . I have had my MDX since 2010 and I have been able to keep it so long because of the great service at this dealership. ALWAYS TOP-NOTCH Every service appointment with John Shaw is always exemplary and 29 June was no different. I had to unexpectedly reschedule a previous appointment the week prior but with John’s gracio Shaw is always exemplary and 29 June was no different. I had to unexpectedly reschedule a previous appointment the week prior but with John’s gracious help we found a convenient alternative the following week. Without fail every engagement with John is a pleasure and no matter whether it’s a routine service or an emergency maintenance issue, he is so helpful and professional. This time was a regular service that was estimated to take 2 1/2 -3 hours butJohn knew I was staying so he made sure my RDX was taken immediately to the service bay and was regularly checking on its progress and keeping me posted. And amazingly John had my car ready (and washed too!) in under 2 hours!! John and the service technician (Chris Renaud) were terrific. Thank you so much!! More
