AWESOME ASSIST! ! John Shaw is nothing short of fabulous and I’m so fortunate he helped me out in a pinch —TWICE (!!) over the past couple of weeks. First on 27 Oc ! John Shaw is nothing short of fabulous and I’m so fortunate he helped me out in a pinch —TWICE (!!) over the past couple of weeks. First on 27 October when my RDX tire sensor was showing low pressure in ALL my tires. And again on 7 November when the warning sensor came on showing extremely low pressure in my right front tire. In both instances, John replied immediately to my calls/email and worked me into his schedule that same day. Again, I’m so grateful to John for making it seem so easy to fit me in for a tire check, especially as the second time it turns out there was a nail in the tire tread. Luckily, this time it could be fixed and didn’t require a new tire. Just so very appreciative of all John did to assist me and get me back on the road so quickly (I was in and out within an hour!). Amazing customer support as always from John and the service team at Crown Acura!! Thank you yet again!! More
