I have been a part of the Crown family since 1993, but I entered into the auto industry in 1990. I moved to Florida from New York in 1980. I have 2 beautiful children; Zachary, 8 and Mikayla, 5. In my free time I enjoy fishing, running, camping, working out, and the beach!

So yesterday, after about a year and a half of ignoring a sound its been making. I brought my truck to John to check it out. I only ever heard it when I was in enclosed area like driving up the walls on both sound its been making. I brought my truck to John to check it out. I only ever heard it when I was in enclosed area like driving up the walls on both sides to my parking garage, etc. I told them the sound was a clacking like when youre a kid and you put playing cards in the spokes of the wheels. 🤣 happy to report John brought me in to the shop to show me what it was! My back license plate cover only had the screws in the top and even they were loose. So license and cover would move and "clack. Cheapest fix ever and very happy with John and Crown Acura for always being honest and friendly 🤣 (finally had a transmission fluid flush too) Im just a girl. Lol More

I hate my car. I braced myself for a new transmission even while I hoped it was just a sensor. I showed up for the appointment with a laptop expecting to spend the I braced myself for a new transmission even while I hoped it was just a sensor. I showed up for the appointment with a laptop expecting to spend the entire day at the dealership (because that’s how long repairs ‘usually’ take, right?). I was out of there in an hour without a penny out of pocket! John Shaw was my service advisor and he discovered that my vehicle still had an active drivetrain warranty so the transmission flush and computer reset (which was all it needed) was free! He even lent me a coat because I was cold. There was fresh coffee, water, wifi…could have stayed there working all day but didn’t have to and I’m grateful! And I hate my car a little less 😊 More
