Instead of overselling me, he found a bulb that would work in tail light since the actual part consults with customers to take care of their needs. Instead of overselling me, he found a bulb that would work in tail light since the actual part was not in stock and he didn’t even charge me for the part. He consulted with me on the $750 headlight repair, and since the car is my spare beach car not normally used at night and my bright lights worked, we agreed it wasn’t worth the repair cost. Then he was able to help me enter the radio code too. What a great service experience! Crown Acura cares about their customers! More
