He is knowledgeable about the mechanics of the vehicle. He is thorough, pleasant to deal with and makes sure the customer is completely satisfied. There have been a few times where my car was needed for several days and I was given a complimentary car rental until my car was repaired. This is an excellent service to ensure I have a vehicle at all times Honda offers a Upgrade trade in program that gave me an excellent deal on a used car with low mileage. John Shelling introduced me this program with no pressure. When I was ready to do business he set me up with George I. who was also pleasant to deal with and no pressure. This was not my experience at Headquarter Honda/ Clermont. It just so happened that I had the extreme pleasure of dealing with John Shelling as my car car salesman. John is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, patient, and I felt absolutely at ease with him. I had a lot of question and concerns.. John was able to answer everything and I felt confident in dealing with him. I have not bought a car from a dealership in over 28 years. If there was a scale from 1 to 10 on how to rate John and alI aspects of the buying experience I would rate him 100. Even after I closed the deal, which went smoothly, he had a follow up call to see if I had any questions and to extend his services to me if I did.
