Walked in with an appointment to view a truck they had listed for sale, which was a used vehicle, and I was warmly greeted by John Shields at the desk and he immediately grabbed the keys and pulled the tr listed for sale, which was a used vehicle, and I was warmly greeted by John Shields at the desk and he immediately grabbed the keys and pulled the truck up. Keep in mind, a 19 year old kid looking at a truck usually doesn’t get the same treatment as say, a 40 year old. This was not the case with John. He took me on a test drive, answered all the questions I had about the vehicle, and sat down after to crunch numbers without questioning my legitimacy of purchasing. Long story short, I was back 2 days later after John and the team worked with me to settle on a deal and signed the paperwork for the sale. I was incredibly pleased with the respect and credibility I received from John, as well as the financial team. I drove the truck home and ended up having a small issue with it. I reached out to them and since it being so early after the sale, they helped me with it and got everything straightened out. I was very impressed and please by their Post-Sale assistance. The vehicle has been great since. I would Highly recommend John Shields in Specific, because of the way I was treated and how easy he made it. 10/10, undoubtedly. More
