My husband and I walked into Concordville Subaru without an appointment but very much hoping to leave with a new car. Our current 2015 Forrester (bought a few years ago at a different dealership) had multip an appointment but very much hoping to leave with a new car. Very happy with my experience at Concordville Subaru. Although we could not come anywhere close on trade in value it all worked out in the end. Everyone I personally dealt with in Sales/Finance were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire purchase process. Finance was even able to work my deal to be approved with Subaru Finance and lower my interest rate by more then half. Overall very happy with my experience and plan to bring my vehicle to them for maintenance/service, so time will tell how service is and will update once used and can give an accurate review/assessment. In closing I will add that after my experience with a different Subaru Dealers service department I did not have much faith left in Subaru at all however Concordville Subaru has restored my faith in the brand and I look forward to another 20 years of Subaru ownership. We have a Subaru dealer 5 minutes from our house, but we choose to travel the 50 min drive to Concordville Subaru. The Concordville dealership goes above and beyond everytime we are there. My purchase was a very easy transaction. I went in to look at Crosstrecks and Legacys. The salesman was very informative, and showed me some vehicles that were on the lot. He told me abou I went in to look at Crosstrecks and Legacys. The salesman was very informative, and showed me some vehicles that were on the lot. He told me about a Legacy that was scheduled to come in shortly and I went home that night and thought about it. I liked the color and the features included. I called up the next day and put a down payment on that vehicle. It came in the following week. When I picked it up, the salesman showed me the features and how to use them. He took his time with me and was very courteous and informative. Also, the financing went very smoothly. I am very happy with the experience, and will recommend Concordville Subaru and the salesman, John, to my friends and coworkers. I love my new Legacy! More

There are three Subaru dealerships within 15 miles of each other - but the reality is there is only one. The other two liked to haggle endlessly, and more with the advent of COVID. The others do not have each other - but the reality is there is only one. The other two liked to haggle endlessly, and more with the advent of COVID. The others do not have great parking for customers, good coffee or an attentive sales force. Plus, Concordville Subaru has a Shields - a force of nature who returns the call, does the legwork, and always a great demeanor. The other two did not bother. When we ordered our car, we received an accurate estimate without caveats, when we received the car it was as spec'd, and when we drove the car it was actually quite well detailed. Three Subaru dealerships 15 miles apart, and we drive the extra mile to get to Concordville. More
