Misleading ** "Click here for our best price" After clicking on "Click here for our best price" on the website and thinking it was a great price, my husband and my son went to test drive the vehic After clicking on "Click here for our best price" on the website and thinking it was a great price, my husband and my son went to test drive the vehicle. When they asked for the price, it was $3,000 more than what we expected. The salesman said it clearly states that the dealer add-ons are not included in the price sent, the price sent was not an actual quote, an 'out-the-door' quote was never requested, and that I should have known that it would cost more as this is a common practice for car sales. The email reply to "click here for our best price" also says that "your best price above is valid for 48 hours after receiving this email." To me, that is a quote. I read the disclaimer, but never imagined that there would be $3000 in add-ons. I asked that they find a car without the add-ons, and they said they don't sell them without the add-ons. If it is impossible to buy the car without the add-ons, shouldn't it be included in the price sent, or in a follow-up email? They said they only have half of a staff today and the salesman that would have seen this wasn't in today. If there are sales leads, I would assume that someone would follow-up, especially on a weekend. To me, the price sent was very misleading. I thought the car would be $21,275 (the price emailed) plus tax, $184 and $899 dealer service fee totaling $23,858..and hoping some of that could be negotiated down. Instead, the first price given in the dealership was $27,117 and the second was $26,452. The "**" is clearly used to get a customer in the door, not send an accurate price, and tell a customer they should have known better. **I will never fall for this again! **I know better now! More

In the beginning there was a little glitch, but when I explained the problem to Mr. Vislasky (the big boss), he assured me that it would be resolved to my satisfaction and I would be very happy with the outcome. He was right. Frank Maiorino maintained daily contact throughout the process to keep me informed. We would recommend Honda of Ocala. More

We just wanted to take a few minutes away to make sure his decision was a good one. A Ricky Carpenter walked up to my son with a lollipop stick in his mouth and proceeded to ask my son "he knew what the vehicle price was....why did he drive from Tally if he didn't want to pay the asking price?" I guess he thinks everyone's a idiot that will pay asking price without question and just wanted try and bully a young man. My 22 year son who was raised to be respectful to old people wasn't sure what to say. Mr.Carpenter was lucky that I was on phone discussing truck with my husband. I'm not so respectful. We left for a moment just to discuss and my son decided that as much as he liked the vehicle he could not in good conscience give them his hard earned money after that guy talked to him that way. That one exchange lost a sale and ruined a first buying experience. Never give them your business if they allow that type of bullying. More

Joe my service agent is the best I have ever seen. Since then I purchased a Honda Accord for my wife. We dealt with our salesman Chris, he was extremely patient and understanding in answering all my wife's questions. If you go to Honda of Ocala ask for John Sims, Chris Rodman, Kevin Cash, Ovi Chisu, Kenneth Daniels, and Troy Vandal and tell them Billy said hello, they are all like family to me. If you go to any other dealership you have not seen the best. More

Awesome New Car Buying Experience! I just wanted to express how grateful I am to Nick Rodriguez and John Simms in helping us buy a NEW 2016 CRV EX-L. This is not my first Honda, my fami I just wanted to express how grateful I am to Nick Rodriguez and John Simms in helping us buy a NEW 2016 CRV EX-L. This is not my first Honda, my family has been Honda owners for 30 plus years. Since moving to Ocala in 2008 this is my 4th Honda from Honda of Ocala. 2 for my wife and myself and 2 for our kids! It’s a great feeling to know you’re in a reliable car for your whole family. I’ve known John S. since 2008 (Great Guy) and recently had the pleasure of being helped by Nick R. He is a pro with customer satisfaction and knowledge of all the models. He made it easy. I know buying a car can be similar to root canal….. But not with these Gents!
